Sussex Party Field is experienced at providing temporary accommodations, and no kind of venue requires a personalised touch more than bespoke weddings. Our approach to this is a mixture involving the thrill of camping outdoors and the comfort of a luxurious hotel.
If your guests require amenities, then we can provide toilets and showers, enhancing their stay and simplifying your needs for the big weekend.
All of our tents are covered under the British standards MUTA Code of Practice.
This example is based on 60-80 guests – £5,200 – includes:
- Exclusive hire of the 5 acre wild meadow site
- Toilets and Hot Showers
- Vintage wood fired pizza enough for 60 guests
- Stretch tent 60 guests (inside the woodland or meadow)
- 10 x canvas bell tents sleeping up to 40 guests (more available)
- 60 Silent disco headsets for 1 night hire.

- Overnight camping for self pitching for event night.
The Crash Pad Bell
4.5 metre or 5 metre bell tents, these empty tents are popped-up on the Friday and dropped on the Sunday, they will sleep up to 5 adults and at £130 per tent, they offer a cost effective alternative to classic bells.
The Classic Bell
The Classic bell tent contains low level inflatable bed, 13.5 tog bedding with cotton linen, carpet, lantern, 2 bedside tables, 2 x LED lights, 2 x power phone chargers, bedside crate, mirror, bunting. 2 x adults £200, 4 x adult £245
Why not upgrade to a full height double fold-out bed with memory foam topper for an additional £35.
The Bridal Bells
Bridal bells start from £250 and come with full height double fold-out bed with memory foam topper, warm 13.5 tog bedding, throw and blankets and 100% cotton linen, travel trunk, cushions, carpet, sheepskin rugs, traditional lanterns, bedside tables, mirrors, fairy lighting, bunting and topped off with beautiful hops or ivy wrapped around the wooden centre pole.
