Welcome to Pop-up events group. We provide land, infrastructure and expertise across the UK, bringing truly unique festival style experiences to your company. If you want to thank your staff or clients, we provide you with the perfect place to put on your very own corporate event.
These hidden away spots, deep in the Sussex country side offer a Smörgåsbord of water activities from paddle boarding and kayaking to raft making. Outdoor cookery with fire and smoke, experience making your own wood fired bread or foraging for wild ingredients for cocktails with your personal botanical mixologist. Wake up in the trees to delicious door step toast, cooked in traditional wood fired oven with Fresh roasted coffee and Forest tea, giving you the energy to focus on group Yoga or meditation before you start the days activities.
With our parties, we can provide a wide range of content, including Marquees, a licensed bar and top-quality catering.

Event TeePees
These Event and Dining Teepees can come with seating, dining area, chill out spaces, indoor & outdoor lighting, internal fire pit, sheep skin seating, dance floor, cinema and so much more……
Shepherds Huts
These hand made lovelies come equipped with real beds, bedding and linen, lighting, charging point, wood burning stove and hard wood flooring. We have one hut with 1 x double bed and two with 2 x double beds.
Vintage trailers
The “Poosie Nancy” is really one of a kind, offering a gentleman’s bar and lady’s cocktail lounge, outside seating under bespoke canvas awnings with long bench seating and fire pit for those cosy nights by the fire.
We supply locally produced beers, ales, wines and cocktails. Costs are based upon eight to ten drinks per guest, including wine on the tables for the meal. Staff will be on hand to serve food and drink for the evening meal.
Catering by Boca Loco
We want to provide the best catering for your event so we have teamed up with Boca Loco Caterers. This company are in a class of their own. They are currently finalists for the Sussex Food and Drink Awards.
As the name suggests, “a little crazy,” they offer something different, a fusion of outdoor cooking, locally sourced for the freshest food. A sit down eight course tasting menu, the casual tapas mix for lunch, formal three course dinner, this bunch of crazy cooks do it all.
Event Activities and Entertainment
Why not try your hand at Bushcraft, go Kayaking or even hire an entertainer for your guests to enjoy during their stay.
Buschcraft
Three activities (or more if you choose): Fire Lighting – using the traditional flint & steel method. Spoon Carving – learn to carve (and take home) your very own wooden spoon using an axe, carving knife and crook knife and finally, Axe Throwing – get all Viking and throw an axe at a piece of wood! This one is great fun and gets a real buzz of competitiveness going within groups.
River Kayaking
Hop on a kayak and paddle along exploring weirs, disused Sussex link railway lines and more importantly, the many local Inns along the River Adur. Canoes and kayaks are available daily.
Costing examples
The costings are based on twin room accommodation, casual lunch, formal 3 course dinning, 8-10 drinks per person throughout the day and Billycan breakfast. Also included is kayaking throughout the day with Bushcraft courses for spoon carving, axe throwing and flint fire making.
£270 per person for the 24hr stay. Based on 65-70 guests.
